Terms & Conditions
Please
review the following Ts & Cs; in placing
an order with Angelkin Cards, you are agreeing to the following:
Deposit & Payment
A part payment of £120.00 (made up of
a non-refundable deposit of £30, plus second payment of £90) is invoiced for,
and required prior to any artwork commencing. The balance of payment is due
once you have approved final proofs.
Bank transfers are the preferred
payment method. My BACS details will be provided on all invoices.
Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements
In the event of an order being
cancelled by you, Angelkin Art will not refund any money once artwork has
started. Printing will commence once final approval has been given by you. If
you have any issues regarding the quality of the print, or any missing items,
please contact me within 7 days and I will immediately seek to rectify.
Proofing
For invitations you will be firstly
be provided with the illustration of yourselves drawn as the happy couple. If
you require any minor changes to this drawing (that aren’t significantly
different to your instructions given in the booking form), these are included
in the initial cost. Any additional changes made out with the instructions
given by you in the booking form, will be subject to additional hourly costs.
Once you are 100% happy with the
illustration of you both, the rest of the design process will follow, with PDF
digital proofs being provided for each item of stationery ordered, via email.
It your responsibility to check all proofs are accurate before signing off the
design for print.
Please carefully check for any errors
with spelling or grammar, and also make sure information such as dates, times,
names are correct. Please also check the illustrations thoroughly to ensure
they are 100% perfect. I recommend proofing items on a large screen such as a
PC, laptop or tablet, please do not proof on your phone! You must sign off the
final proofs by email, confirming you have checked the proofs and are happy for
said items to go to print.
Due to the bespoke nature of the
design work, no refunds will be given if any errors have been identified after
a proof has been signed off and sent to print. Any reprints will incur
additional costs. Please note that your screen colour can differ when printed
and although colours are matched as best as possible sometimes there are slight
differences. Any changes required to the wording must sent by email and a new
proof will be sent to be signed off prior to printing.
Proofing On the Day Items
If you are
providing names for a table plan, or specific wording for an item it is your
responsibility to ensure all spelling is correct before supplying this to me in
a word or excel format. There will be the opportunity to proof the items prior
to print and make one set of changes. Further sets of changes will be subject
to additional hourly costs. Printing will commence once final approval has been
given by you. Any reprints will incur additional costs.
Envelopes
All Angelkin Cards' stationery come
with matching envelopes. They are designed to be classed as a 'Letter' for
postage. RSVP cards are postcard style – with the return address printed on the
reverse, with no envelope.
Prices
Prices are reviewed annually. However,
there will be no price changes on confirmed orders.
Copyright
Angelkin Art (Hayley Fallows)
maintains the copyright for all design work, and it cannot be reproduced or
copied in any way without written permission. It is an infringement of copyright to
copy in full or part any designs shown on my cards, sketches, website,
brochures, photographs & any other promotional materials. Legal action will be taken if this
occurs.
Collection or Shipping
All items can be collected from my Elderslie base free of charge. If you would like items to be posted, all orders are sent either via courier or Royal Mail, and are fully tracked and insured. If there are any problems once items are delivered, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the items.
Delivery cost will be calculated at the time of ordering and is based on the size of order to provide the most cost effective yet secure service.
Delivery prices are for orders placed in one go; staggered orders will be charged for each parcel sent.
UK mainland only (please enquire for deliveries elsewhere).
Marketing
I reserve the right to use and share all of the designs for marketing purposes
on social media, website, in print, and at shows and exhibitions. Sensitive
personal information, such as addresses will not be shown.

Website
The content of my website is subject to change without notice. The
material used within my website is owned or licensed to Angelkin Art and cannot
be reproduced, in accordance with copyright law.
Complaints Procedure
I
personally guarantee the quality of response to queries / complaints, following
this procedure:

the issue immediately

Determine the issue's root cause
(3) Prevent
future reoccurrence
Any such
communication is responded to within 24 hours, Monday -Friday, and is thereafter
investigated and resolved.

When someone visits Angelkin Art website we use Google Analytics to monitor the use of the website. This is used to find out such things as the number of visitors and what pages were visited in that session.

This information is only used to facilitate the request, e.g. creating the product, sending the product, or in the case of a contact message get back in touch. It remains confidential and will only be seen by us and our printing partners.
We will also use contact information for follow up requests, eg. feedback and marketing.
We keep your information securely for as long as necessary to provide you with the service described. We are however legally required to retain accounting information for at least 5 years (HMRC).
